terms and conditions
securing your place
A 25% deposit secures your booking. The remaining 75% balance is split across 3 payments and due before the day of the retreat.
cancellations and refunds
The 25% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel after paying your balance, I'll do my best to offer your place to someone on the waiting list. If I'm able to fill your place, I'll refund what you've paid beyond the deposit. If a replacement can't be found, the full amount paid is non-refundable.
I strongly recommend personal travel or event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel the retreat, you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid.
confidentiality
This retreat involves group sharing and held conversation. Everything shared between us during the weekend stays between us. By booking, you agree to honour the confidentiality of every woman in the room.
health and wellbeing
This retreat is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you're currently navigating an acute mental health crisis or a significant physical health condition, please get in touch before booking so we can decide together whether this is the right setting for you.
photography
Photography may be taken during the weekend for use in future marketing of the retreat. You will be asked for your specific consent for any image you appear in before it is used publicly.
insurance
The Quaives, the venue, holds its own public liability insurance. I hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance. By booking, you accept that you are responsible for your own travel insurance and personal items during the weekend.
I strongly recommend personal travel or event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
In the unlikely event that I have to cancel the retreat, you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid.
