Hi, I’m Becky.

Psychotherapeutic counsellor. Maternal mental health specialist. Fellow (very human, perfectly imperfect) mum, who’s been there.

I’ve worked in an NHS perinatal mental health team. And I have set up my own private practice, serving women experiencing any kind of struggle relating to motherhood.

I’ve sat across from countless amazing women, each navigating the harder parts of motherhood.

And I’ve lived them too.

The slow creep of depletion.
The invisible weight of decision-making, caretaking, emotional holding.
The days when you wonder:
“Is it supposed to feel like this?”

What I believe:

You don’t need to be in crisis to need support

Feeling like this doesn’t mean you’re failing — it means you’re human

You’re allowed to want ease, clarity, and more you in your days

Emotions aren’t wrong — they’re messengers

There is nothing weak about asking for help

What you’ll find here:

🟡 Honest, practical support for when things feel heavier than they should
🟡 Therapeutic tools and resources you can access in your own time
🟡 A space that centres you — not just your role as a mother
🟡 No judgement. No toxic positivity. Just grounded, compassionate care

You don’t have to have the right words.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t even need to be sure what you’re looking for.

You just need a space to start.

This can be it.
